WSR Intermediate
Wet strength agent intermediate is a polyamide aqueous solution, which is formed by dehydration and condensation of dibasic acid and polyamine under the action of catalyst at high temperature. It can react with epichlorohydrin to generate polyamide epichlorohydrin (PAE) polymer aqueous solution. Used as wet strength agent in paper industry. This product has a high degree of polymerization by controlling the reaction process conditions, which ensures that the wet strength agent synthesized in the next step not only has a high moisturizing strength effect, but also has a high storage stability.

Application:
1. Take an appropriate amount of this product and epichlorohydrin to slowly heat up, react at 50-70 ℃ to the required viscosity, adjust the pH value, and cool down.
Packing & storage:
Packing: 200kg PE drum or 1000kg IBC drum or Flexbag.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, protecting from moisture. When loading and unloading, you should take care to prevent packaging and containers being damaged, avoiding leakage.
