ASA LQ1000 （100% C18） is a high performing sizing agent based on Alkenyl Succinic Anhydride (ASA).
Application
ASA LQ1000 can be used for sizing under medium and alkaline conditions. It has fast curing speed, good hot water resistance, good printability, no slipping phenomenon, etc., and is convenient for storage. And without any toxicity.
ASA LQ1000 has high reactivity, and generally needs to be used immediately after on-site emulsification with an emulsifier. It is generally emulsified to a concentration of 0.5-2.0% on site, and then directly and evenly added to the front or back of the paper machine pressure screen. The amount added generally 0.5- 5kg/ton of paper according to different paper types.

Storage
ASA LQ 1000 should be stored at temperatures between 10 and 35 °C. Moisture must be strictly excluded. The maximum storage time should not exceed 12 months.
