Fluorine-Free Oil/Grease Repellent Agent LQ1580 is a food grade fluorine-free oil repellent that meets relevant national standards  for food contact material additives and can be used on paper product swith food grade  requirements.

This  product can provide both of water and oil repellent performance with  one chemical.

It has excellent hot water (95℃±5℃), hot oil (95℃±5℃),and cold oil (0-5℃) repellent performance on pulp molded products.

The treated paper products still retain their original appearance and hand-  feel characteristics.

6. Belongs to fluorine-free products, free of PFAS and wax and no yellowing.

【Application】

It can be used in pulp , size press and wet end.

Pulp molded products  :It can be directly added to the water for pulping.

The recommended dosage :  from  2.5% to 8.0% (dry pulp weight) depend on different application method .

1. When used in combination with other auxiliaries, please confirm the performance first.

2. The actual dosage and concentration in production vary depending on the production process and equipment. It is recommended to conduct small-scale trial production to determine the optimal addition amount before mass production.

3.Please store this product between 5°C and 35°C, avoiding direct sunlight, freezing, and other storage conditions that affect product quality.
